This is a nice central location; close to Rogers Center and Scotia Bank Arena (formerly Air Canada Centre) and to lots of restaurants. Young Street is just a few blocks away (as is the Eaton's Centre). Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We didn't interact with staff much but those we did were friendly and helpful. We were on the 5th floor and found our room to be very quiet. No issues with other people and only minor street noises. There was coffee maker and electronic safe in the room.

Good location not to far a walk from the ScotiaBank arena . But difficult to find when driving as the main entrance is kind of hidden and there was no parking available . I believe it was under construction along with the pool, etc... Between our room and the elevator was vending machine room. I would ask for a room further away from the elevator - it sounded like the train was driving by our room all night long . Clean - alot of room around the sink for toiletries. I would stay again for the right price, but would probably try elsewhere

There was a duplicated charged to my credit card, that the manager confirmed he fixed it.
It’s been +20 days and the issue hasn’t been fixed. Manager won’t answer his phone or emails.
When I called to inquire on status for reimbursement, no one at the front desk had any idea what case I was referring to.
Overall shocked and disappointed with management’s below adequate customer service skills.

As if the 15th March 2022, I have been living in this “hotel” on floor 15. This spring break trip indeed was my first time visiting Canada ever. However, a sincere thanks to Sheraton, this will be the last time I will be visiting such “hotel” and have such first impression here. Guests from room 1536,1537,1538 were imbeciles. They were noisy with their conversations at the middle of the night. Every night, I would have to hear those rats talking from 11pm until 3-4 am. I have called receptionists and complained about this, all the receptionists said was: Yes, Let me check that for you. I will send up security. Same thing are still happening for the past five days (slamming door..e.tc). This is ridiculous, a 4,5 star review hotel? More like a pit-stop for uneducated guests. Absolutely horrendous. Not to mention for future guests, take a look under all the furnitures in your room, you will find if not tons of dusts there.

Park across the street under city hall - its connected via basement pathway.
No pool due to renovations, which was a massive disappointment given we went with 2 kids.
14th floor and could see the CN tower.
