After initial rooming problems, there were 3 of us but only 1 bed and breakfast vouchers for 2 people, we were given a bigger room with 2 beds and eventually got ourbreakfast vouchers.

Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Concierges, all of them, were terrific and extremely helpful. Again, nothing was too much trouble.

Ravi from the restaurant was fabulous. So helpful, friendly and accommodating and he looked after us extremely well at breakfast. The others could learn a lot from him.

When he was off duty, it took us almost 2 hours to have breakfast, it was either incredibly slow and we had to ask for everything and remind them we were there OR everything piled up on the table!! Example, half waythrough granola and your poached eggs arrived, to go cold, and then had to ask for the toast to go with it.

Never happened when Ravi was looking after us.

Well done Ravi, you are fab.

I wasn't wowed by anything, but overall a very good stay. Location is very convenient to shopping and dining.

It is not a five star property, but it was a good value for a four star property. Don't expect a luxury experience and you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Some rooms are newly renovated. Ask at check-in.

This hotel is quickly becoming our Toronto favourite. Got an immediate upgrade on checking in. Beautiful room overlooking city. Close to everything - Starbucks right around corner. Will be back!

I was used to staying at the Four Seasons but it has not closed for a period of time, so I stayed at the Intercontinental around the corner. What a pleasant surprise. Welcoming, friendly staff. The room was super clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent. Would highly recommend
