Beautiful and classic hotel, full of 1900 atmosphere. This is my first time to stay in royal york hotel before traveling. The staffs are professional and very nice.
Other than the price, it is good to get experience to stay here for a night or so.

We really enjoyed our four-day stay. The room was nice with many USB ports, and the hotel bars are wonderful. Finally the location is perfect if you wish to do stuff in the downtown area. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our family had an amazing stay last week, and would definitely come back! All the employees from the door to the custodians were very friendly and helpful! Being downtown near all the attractions as a family was a big help for saving time travelling to and from our room!

Super unclean and outdated bathrooms. The pictures on the website showed very mordern bathrooms but the bathroom was very old and toilet looked like a public toilet. Also found hairs in sink and bathtub. The amenities in the bathroom looked used. Overall it was a bad experience for paying over $300 a night. Complete waste of money
Stayed for 4 night to have a quiet family getaway weekend.
Was told we were being put in a quiet wing of the hotel with a nice view of the CN Tower.
Great view of the tower however between the noise from the busy street down below and the partying all around our room it was anything but quiet and restful.
Every night of our stay we would just get settled for bed and at around midnight the whole area we were in would light up like a nightclub until about 5 am.
The walls due to the hotel being such an old structure have very poor sound damping qualities and you can hear everything inside and outside.
