I've been there a couple of times. The food is amazing and authentic Turkish food. Kebab is of course middle eastern but Turkish have a special flavour of it. The place offers that special Turkish flavour of the Kebab. The "lahmacun" is special type of thin pizza with meat. Normally it is small and usually you can eat 2-3. However in Kebab Time you can barely finish one since the size is huge. The "doner" is very good but you need to try "iskender" which is the special version with yoghurt and tomato sauce. It is a very good Turkish food experience. You need to try.
