My friend and I spent two nights in a coach house room. We can not thank Kim and Kevin enough for their warm hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. The room was perfect with a little patio in the back. The location was perfect. We could walk to the theatre and restaurants. I hope to return again soon.

Our 22nd year! Like coming home, staying in the same room having superb breakfasts each day plus making our reservations at restaurants , always knowledgeable on restaurants, plays and happenings in the community. It is really an extraordinary visit every year. They are like part of the family. Very highest rating! Marty Timken

We stayed at The Old Rectory for two nights - June 27-28, 2017 and booked one of the Coachhouse Suites. Staying at the Old Rectory was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Kim and Kevin are fabulous hosts. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the first moment that we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and were so anxious to make sure that every little detail regarding our stay was attended to. Our Coachhouse accommodation was absolutely incredible! The suite is perfectly situated at the back of the property and is quiet and cozy! Morning breakfast in the main house dining room was beyond belief! Kevin is a trained chef and his delightful delectables were outstanding! The atmosphere is very convivial and from the first moments after our arrival, Kim and Kevin's friendliness set the tone for the rest of our wonderful mini-vacation in Stratford. The Old Rectory is within walking distance of the theatres and the old town and there is plenty of room for parking. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at the Old Rectory and the hospitality shown to us by both Kim and Kevin. We look forward to our next stay which we are hoping to book before the end of this current season (if there is availability). Highly, highly recommended!

Room Tip: Coachhouse Suites are fantastic with a small private patio behind each coachhouse.

This bed and breakfast offers a beautiful extension of the arts that characterize Stratford. In this case, it is the art of greeting, welcoming people, offering a peaceful place to stay and wonderful garden to behold. Breakfast, as prepared by Kevin, was delicious, with a nice souffle that kickstarts the day. His fruit salad is prepared with care. The same care extends throughout details in the bed and breakfast: from the water dispenser to the pond in the garden. Kim is a wonderful hostess. The location is great: within easy walking distance to the theatres.

Room Tip: There are room on the main floor if you do not wish to go up a flight go up a flight of stairs.

When we decided on a long weekend in Stratford, Ontario, we booked a two-night stay at The Old Rectory B&B. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, our gracious hosts Kevin and Kim made us feel very welcome. The B&B is in one of Stratford's many older historical residences lovingly restored to resemble the original structure. The room was clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. We also had access to a large upper deck with a view of the garden. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location of this B&B is very central and within easy walking distance of downtown Stratford with its many parks, shops and restaurants. It's also close to the Festival Theatre. We immensely enjoyed our Old Rectory stay and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for above average accommodations when visiting Stratford.

Room Tip: If you like a nice quiet space, ask for a room at the back of the building facing the garden.
