Service was excellent and the hotel looks like new, very clean and trendy, we enjoyed our stay, the room was excellent as far as looks and comfort, the agents at the lobby desk were excellent and eager to help, no complaints and I would recommend if you are in the area.

I spoiled my partner with a Valentine's night out and dinner from a local eatery. The Andaz restaurant was still closed due to Covid but the Market is right there so, we supported a local establishment instead. The staff arranged our room with dinnerware which made for an enjoyable romantic dinner and evening. The room was clean, well appointed and the rainfall shower was a delight. Very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff, quiet, comfortable, safe. Great price! Great amenities. Beautiful furniture and layout! The bathroom and shower was gorgeous. All around a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!
This was a quick staycation for my girlfriends birthday. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome.The deluxe king view room had the most amazing panoramic view of Ottawa. The rain shower was perfect and the room in general made us feel so spoiled. Although the bar on the roof and the restaurants were closed we still enjoyed our stay so much.
We will definitely be back.
Beautiful hotel, cozy and comfy. Loved how non alcoholic beverages were free. Robes and amazing lighting in the bathrooms. Nice view of downtown Ottawa. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Very clean especially during covid.
