I have been traveling to Leamington for nearly 10 years and still wonder at the lack of really good hotels and restaurants. The best in both categories are in (much smaller) Kingsville.
But the recently renovated Wigle's provides you with a simple, clean and comfortable room at a fair price. It si now my go-to place when I visit on business. But if my wife joins me, we will have to stay and eat in Kingsville!

While looking for price sensitive accommodation in Windsor, we stumbled across this gem motel in Leamington. First very welcoming at reception. This facility is recently renowned and beautifully decorated. Room was small, well lit, very cozy. Super comfy bed and sheets. Bathroom modern and clean. The owner and staff very sincere and welcoming hosts.

I really enjoy this little motel. It’s been recently renovated. The rooms are perfect. Nice comfortable bed. Very clean. Has a modern home feel. Has everything you need in the room. Highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest motels in Leamington but has been totally refurbished, floors, bathroom, bed - everything worked. Room has fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, free coffee, free toiletries, king bed was comfortable. Shower was new and worked great. Motel is within walking distance to old downtown where there are a few restaurants, most chain restaurants are a short drive. There is no breakfast at the motel and we brought our own breakfast so not sure about local breakfast places

Room Tip: All rooms are ground level, parking is close to room door

My wife and I decided to go to Point Pelee with an overnight in Leamington.. Looking for modest accommodation, we came across Wigle's. Booked online. Spent the day driving from Guelph and visiting Point Pelee National Park, then drove to Wigle's, a short 15 min. drive. The motel is easy to find and has lots of designated parking. The building and grounds are neat and clean. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was neat and spotless. Not large, but comfortable for our overnight stay. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated and featured a large walk in shower. We walked to a nearby restaurant, Peter's Kitchen, for supper then slept well in a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend Wigle's for a stay in Leamington.
