Enjoyed dinner and drinks. A nice place for a meal, and very easy to get to from the Delta across the street. No need to walk outside!

Toured with the Taste Halifax Burger Bus this weekend and our last stop was the Harbour city grill. They had a Fried Spaghetti and Garlic Bread burger paired with Kieths WIPA. The burger was imaginative and very tasty. I would never have guessed it could be that good. tasted like spaghetti

We often go out for weekend breakfast. We made a road trip to Halifax and went here.

We waited to be seated (it wasn't busy). We waited for coffee. We waited for our order to be taken, and the server came back to see if we needed menus to order, even though we had already ordered. We waited for our bill and we waited to pay.

Food was bland, and nothing about the presentation was really inspiring. They did accommodate my husband's request for French toast without cinnamon. The food was okay, but breakfast for two people with tip was almost $50. We saw a number of plates with lots of food left on them -- not a good sign.

Service was disorganized and slow. it was Sunday morning at 10:15 and the place was 30% full -- not sure why things were mediocre.

We wouldn't recommend this place for breakfast, there are lots of other spots, and we have always had great food at Tempo, at the Delta just down the street, which I would recommend.

I am not a big breakfast person but when I travel on business I like to have a good meal and a coffee or two to start my day. The buffet at the Harbour City Bar and Grill is exquisite; choice of selections is amazing and the food is delicious.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn, which only offers breakfast. We have to go elsewhere for dinner. A little research revealed Harbor City Grill was in walking distance. After all, parking can be a pain and expensive in most cities.

For years, I’ve known of Nova Scotia reputation of smoked salmon; why not fresh salmon? Yes, salmon was on the menu at Harbor City and I did order it. It was Five Stars excellent!

My wife had mussels with linguine. She too was very pleased with her meal. Harbor City Grill is a winner.
