“Just Got Back Photos”

The Avalon Region of Newfoundland is incredibly beautiful. These were taken on the Baccalieu and Irish Loop Trails, as well as St. John's area. I can't wait to go back again! These are just a taste of the beautiful photos we took from a wonderous place. The water is clear and everything is untouched. The people are tremendously friendly and respect their environment. I hope you all enjoy a tidbit of this unbelievable place.

“HEaven on Earth!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 March 2004

We spent 12 glorious days touring the coastal areas of Nfld., and found every few kms. a complete change in scenery and geography. Rocky ports and harbours, barren badlands, amazing shores like Broom Point, and the fjords of Western Brook Pond, the NAtional parks, the bird sanctuary of Cape St. MAry's, and beautiful Twillingate.... each area a little more amazing than the one before.. Accomodations were so reasonable, and spotlessly clean. Your hospitality units...self-contained and completely private, as in Rocky HArbour and even on the outskirts of St.Jonn's supplied all the comforts of home, at a most affordable cost. There was not one place that disappointed us, except we missed the ice bergs!! Next time!! And bedcause it was Sept., we also saw relatively few moose...was hunting season so they were mostly hiding. I have photos that are unequalled in beauty: Memories some of the very best in my lifetime of travelling! Go see Nfl., but don't go via the TransCanada...get off onto the coastal roadways, and explore inlets and ports. Above all....TAKE YOUR TIME!!!So much to see!
