After 3 weeks of hotel and cruise ship food we were looking for something totally different and we found it tonight. Japanese fusion and we loved it! Meats were cooked to our liking and the Canadian Gamay was an eye opener.

Sheldon, our waiter, made an amazing dinner a wonderful experience for all. The goat cheese cake dessert was out of this world!

We went there to celebrate our Anniversary and had to leave. When we went in we waited for 5 minutes for the receptionist to acknowledge that we were there. It was a rainy evening and we had reservations for 7:30 PM. Once the Lady did ask us if we had reservations she didn't't bother to ask if we would like to check our wet jackets. She then told us our table was upstairs and she shot off like a Gazelle and we found her up hovering over a high table near the bar. By this time we had enough so just left and went back to our Hotel and went to the Hotel restaurant. We will try it again someday as we have heard the food is good there.

the food was good but I had the omakase menu which is supposed to be a tasting of the chefs choice I had 2 rolls both had the same avocado eel cucumber second had avocado cucumber salmon the nigiri where salmon and eel the other roll had avocado salmon and salmon skin then 2 nigiri tuna it all tasted very good but for 40$ I expected more. the appetizers were ok the tuna was almost a ceviche because the sauce was too acidic it started curing the fish. the scallop wrapped tenderloin was as big as a meal and had a giant fried potato ring that was hard and unnecessary. I loved the desert goat cheese cheesecake was to die I would be back just for that.
