Crab claws are one of my favorite dim sum dishes here. Crunchy fried ball of shrimp and crab with a crab claw sticking out of the ball.
Shrimp dumplings always good and scallop dumplings both in rice paper wrapping.
Mango pudding or baked tapioca custard only on weekends very tasty.
