Good customer service. Staff is professional and friendly. Beautiful restaurant inside and beautiful outdoor patio seating w/ throws for guest (a big plus for me since I'm always cold). We decided to sit outside and enjoy the clean air and cool weather. I ordered an Al Capone drink to begin the night. Let me tell you it was made to perfection. My husband ordered a pompelmo rossini and it was amazing. The focaccia bread that comes as part of the meal, is freshly baked here. It is soft and tasty. Our appetizer (raw swordfish, strawberries, and arugula) was an explosion of flavors. My main dish was risotto. It was hot, creamy and delicious. The mushrooms and rice were not mushy. My husband ordered the cioppino, it was wonderful. The flavor was spot on and cooked well.

Had a most enjoyable dinner - friendly service, great food, and a lovely setting the garden area. No rushed meal. Food was delicious and served hot! Would heartily recommend this restaurant for those either wanting to re-create their Italy vacation or trying to imagine an authentic Italian dining experience! Buon appetite!

We had a charming dinner with great food, wine and service. The Italian food was wonderful. Portions were good and was a good value. The interior was very pretty. They have a small outside garden for dining but it was full. Would have been nice as the weather was perfect. It was a five minute cab ride from the Empress. We walked back. Great safe location. I would definitely recommend. Staff was exceptional.

We have always been looking for a good, authentic restaurant in Victoria. The tourism makes this very difficult, as the restaurants need to make enough during the season, to coast through the Winter. There were 6 of us for dinner, all of us loved the entrees and the service was attentive. The wine list was excellent also.

excellent atmosphere, our group was 6 and we reserved ahead of time which I would recommend for any size table.
The food was superb, all dishes ( everyone ordered something different) were great tasting and authentic.
I was too full after the starter and main to sample the desserts, but those who did order soon made them vanish !!
try this restaurant one time and after that you can be the judge !!!
