This was one of the best tours we took while on our recent cruise of Alaska that had a stop in Victoria, BC. We could not book this tour through the cruise line but did so online ourselves. The schedule was a little tight for us since the ship arrived at 2:00PM and the tour starts at 2:30PM but Eagle Wing was waiting for us at the end of the pier area and gave us a ride to Fisherman's Wharf (which is a fantastic place itself) so we could join the tour. Our guide was Chris, the captain of the Serenghetti - the fastest boat in Victoria. Ask for it by name :) Chris took us to see harbor seals, cailfornia sea lions, elephant seals, an eagles nest (with eagles) and a family of killer whales (which we stayed beside for about an hour. They had insulated flotation jackets to wear which kept us quite warm when we got up to "air conditioning speed" while sprinting from one location to the next. This tour was less expensive than the one offered by the cruise line and I am sure we observed much more wildlife than they did since we only saw their tour boat one time.
