This was the third stop on a 12 day stay in British Columbia, and I have to say it was my favorite! The large fancy hotels have their advantages, but this B&B was the perfect way to end our stay in Canada. This is a period property, and the owners have really done a great job blending the feel of an old home with the modern conveniences of 2015.

We stayed in the Somerset room. It is a bit of a climb and not suited for those who have difficulty with stairs. I chose this room because of the ocean view balcony and it did not disappoint. There is a nice patio table and in room amenities to make your morning coffee or tea. Beautiful place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. There was also a small fridge which came in handy for drinks. The bathroom in this room was huge and featured fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and Beekman 1802 amenities- very nice! We did not use the chromotherapy tub but it looked very inviting.

The breakfast here was a treat. The presentation really showed the owners attention to detail and desire to deliver a great experience. The dining room is comfortable and tastefully decorated with big band music playing softly in the background while you eat your breakfast watching the sea view. Great variety of food also: waffles, eggs to order or omelette, cereals, yogurt, fruit. You choose and they cook it fresh for you.

We had a great experience here and I would highly recommend. David and Michael will take great care of you!

I stayed here with my husband and girlfriend while in town for a friend's birthday recently. The hosts are experienced, and give you just enough attention. The location is great, even though Dallas road is busy - you can't beat having the ability to walk the seawall, go to Beacon Hill Park, Cook Street Village. the breakfast well, it is decadent and delicious. Keep in mind the house is old so ceilings are a little funky, no elevators, etc.... but I'd definitely recommend it as a nice getaway. Way better than staying in a hotel due to awesome hosts and staff!

Room Tip: Rooms in the side/back will be quieter, but the front has an amazing view

Michael and David have thought of pretty much everything in their very thoughtful efforts to make your stay with them as comfortable as possible. Beautiful rooms with lots of little amenities, amazing ocean views, scrumptious breakfasts (even accommodating gluten-free diets), and lots of great suggestions for what to do while visiting, all add up to a perfect get-away. Highly recommended!

Wow! Can't beat the view! A good walk to downtown, but enjoyable! Michael&David are wonderful hosts! The breakfast&service was fantastic! The sea walk is right across the street for a morning or evening stroll. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a stay!

Our first time at a bed and breakfast and what an experience. Had a fantastic time! Gorgeous ocean view room, was even able to see the 4th of July fireworks from across the water. Easy and hassle free check-in. Will definitely come back again.
