I enjoyed the food! I enjoyed the atmosphere! the open kitchen is a delight! The staff was very polite and helpful! They have a 'burrata bar', very innovative and very delicious. This restaurant is very good for people who have a certain knowledge of italian cuisine.

I've been to Italian Kitchen three times now, and the food and service are consistently good, although not outstanding. My major complaint is the noise; the tables are very close together, and it has almost a club-type atmosphere after around 9 pm or so. Dinner is less enjoyable when you have to talk very loudly to be heard by those at your table.

I been to Vancouver for a week and it was definitivly my best italian food and dinner i been.

No add-on. Not the best decor. But like past review, go for food not for the place by itself. But you might enjoy that, because we were a groupe of 12 it was really funny...

I really enjoyed my meal !

thanks again !

This little restaurant is one of the noisiest in town. The tables in the small restaurant are cramped together, and the noise level is deafening. Everyone is talking loudly, as it's nearly impossible to hear your table companion across the small table for two, yet you can hear EVERY WORD of the couple screaming at each other at the next table.

Ambiance aside, the food is delicious, and the house wines are a nice accompaniment to the meal. The kobe beef lasagna was one of the best I've ever tasted...and I'm pretty picky about my lasagna! The spaghetti with wagyu meatballs had a nice flavor with a slight spicy kick on the finish. The portion sizes were fairly large, and since the food was so tasty it was tempting to overeat.

My favorite meal in Vancouver...will definitely visit again!

TIP: If you're able to go after 1:30 for a late lunch, it's MUCH quieter!

4 of us dined there last night and I must say the service was excellent. The place has a buzz. The food however is another story. The antipasto was non descript with the exception of the meatballs wich were very tasty. The mains consisted of an assortment of pasta non of which stood out. The fourth diner had veal that was slighy over cooked but edible. There was a problem with the pasta as it arrived with hair in it. To their credit they dealt with it perfectly replacing the dish and comping it without being pushed. The bill was about $300.00 including 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio. Before the comp. Not great value but it proves the adage that great service trumps mediocre food
