We have been here a few times and it never disappoints. Phnom Penh is a Cambodian/Vietname restaurant. The food is always good, fairly fast service and the price is not too bad either. We were here on a weekday for lunch and because it is a popular restaurant you might have to wait for awhile to get seated. If you want to be sure of a table you will have to reserve ahead of time. We waited for about 20-30 minutes before we got a table, but it was worth the wait. We had their famous chicken wings, a green papaya salad and the marinated butter beef. My friend also ordered a moomoo shake which are also popular. The food was delicious and the service was good as well. We will definitely go back again.

We couldn’t resist but returned to Phnom Penh a few times for lunch / dinner! Every dish we ordered was amazing but you must order beef luc lac rice with egg and butter beef - come early and expect to wait but it’s well worth it!

This is a very popular place, judging by the queue by the time we left. We came very early so got a seat. They don't take reservation so do come early if you don't want to wait. It looks like a family run place, and very efficiently run.

We had marinated butter beef, which is raw beef, very nice, melt on the tongue. The special fried chicken is crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, again very tasty. The pork chop with rice was a let down as the pork chop was too dry. The oyster cake was crispy outside, sticky inside, slightly different from what the Malaysian oyster egg that we are used to, but equally tasty. It was a good meal. The Jewel of the crown though is the durian moo shake, will come back just for that alone, yummy! Worth the expensive taxi ride in a rainy day!

This place is known for their chicken wings. Food is very good and it is reasonable. There are a few cons. There is always a line up when we go because this place is so popular and the restaurant definitely need to be renovated.

I recently went to this restaurant to have lunch on Saturday.
It was insanely busy. Our group(five of us included our 15 months daughter) had to wait over half an hour after writing down my name on the waiting list to a server. But, overall it was worth waiting!!!
All servers seemed to know what to do. Food served quickly and fast, free refills of hot tea and water were pretty satisfied. I ordered the butter beef one of their signature menus, lemon, and pepper seasoning deep-fried chicken wings, fried rice had Chinese sausage and eggs in and deep fried prawns named grand mother's recipe. The dishes we tried were a good choice to experience Cambodian food as a beginner.

The restaurant interior was old fashioned and washroom wasn't clean. Not so sure whether they have parking spaces in the rear or not. We couldn't find so that had street parking. I felt scared seeing other cars parking on the street have broken windows
You should be careful when you plan to visit there late at night.

I hope to visit again ASAP. :D
