We loved staying at the St Regis, would highly recommend. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely, high standard of cleanliness. L'Occitane toiletries very welcome.
Location is fantastic, close to everything including transportation to and from the airport.
Stay here if you can.

My husband and I came for a one-night stay after a cruise vacation. We were immediately greeted by the courteous staff. We asked about tours/sightseeing. They had recommendations and gave us a coupon for the hop on-hop off trolley. They also gave us free carousel ride coupons for the German Christmas market. We were allowed to enter our room before the allotted check-in time, too, which was much appreciated.

The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. Even though we were on the first floor, the city noise was not bad at all. We slept peacefully. The bathroom was sleek and very nice. The bath products were L'Occitane.

We had a late dinner after touring the city at the St Regis' bar and grill. The service was friendly and attentive and prompt, even with the post-hockey full crowd. We also took advantage of the free, full breakfast the next morning in the room on the lower level. The food was very good in both the restaurant and the breakfast room.

We loved the staff, the decor/style, the convenience of breakfast and the bar/grill, and will definitely come back to the St. Regis and recommend it to all our friends who visit Vancouver.

Arriving at St. Regis Vancouver is an exceptional expereince, drop off by a taxi, within seconds we were assited by the very knowledgeable front desk team. Efficiency, friendliness and all and any imformation we might have needed, Impressive servoce indeed. Details and the extra mile, intuitive and personalised service.
The room whilst not huge, very well appointed and comfortable, lovely L' Occitane bathrrom amenities and good shower. Free coffee and tea in the room, but not your styandard nescafe and liptons, nicely selected profuct. The complimentary Fiji water was a nice touch, especially given Vancouver tap water is in fact lovely.
WE were a little disappointed at the fact GOtham restaurant was closed for private events both times we stayed, I undesratnd the Hotel accepting event bookings in the restaurant, however then perhaps leave out the introduction at check in!
Breakfact in the lower lounge level whilst wholeseome and well prepared, lacked the finess in service expereinced in the restaurant and reception, for example, the big ugly trolley with juices, coffee quality not the worst but fairly ordinary. The Breakfast was a choice of Continental or cooked from a set menu, which was fine.
On our second stay, we decided (after arriving late) to dine in the St. REgis bar & Grill. Clearly a busy night which did lead to some delyays on the food, but was well covered by the team ina pleasant and understanding way. The food, Meatballs, with cheesy bread, Cobb Salad and Chicken & short rib combo was all very nice and good value, personal preference would have been to have the short rib served with a sauce. Good protion sizes meant no room for dessert.
I would stay again for sure.

We stayed only one night for a company event near by. From the curbside greeting to the end of our stay, it was the epitome of personal service. The staff were very friendly, helpful & obliging to every detail. We had a junior queen suite which was very nice. I travel a fair bit & there's always something I could pick on but this hotel had everything in order. Location was very central to everything... Canada Place, Gastown, Pacific Centre Mall, Robson Street, etc. Would stay here again for sure.
