Great location to good restaurants and downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, two king size beds to a room which is impressive and they are comfortable. TV, fridge and coffee machine in room too. Clean bathroom but overall rooms could be improved such as quieter air-con system. Can get very hot at night so you fight to sleep in heat or get no sleep due to air-con being so loud. Breakfast a tad disappointing, apparently you need to get to the breakfast room early to actually eat otherwise nothing left. Don't expect anything special, waffles, bagels, sweet muffin cakes, yoghurts and cold boiled eggs in fridge, a few pieces of fruit but that's all. Coffee machine poor and juice machine even worse. So we went elsewhere for breakfast on second morning.

Staff is helpful and accomadating. Rooms are clean and have all the necessary requirements of a traveller. The beds are extremely confortable and your are provided with lots of towels that are plush and not worn like other hotels. Location is close to shopping, restaurants, Cosco and the give you a complimentary card for 50% off at the On the Rocks Pub 5 mins away. Continental breakfast is ok but limited hours only until 9:30 and runs out of food if your not their early. If you book with Trivago the prices are quite reasonable compared to other sites. Dogs are also welcome and the have a nice grassy area for your animal to exercise themselves. Television stations are limited and do not provide all sports channels if your a fan.

I would say you get more than what you pay staying here. We chose to stay in the honeymoon suite it was only $150 a night. one of the most affordable hotel and probably the best one We stayed throught our trip to vancouver. The room was very spacious and clean we had a king size bed it was very comfortable and so was the pillow. the icing on the cake was that it has a jet tub which was very neat. The hotel was very quiet and in the good location its over looking downtown so the view of our window at night was very nice. We like the hotel so much that on our way back from Vancouver to edmonton we spend the night in there again. There was a breakfast buffet but just like any other hotel chains in that budget its just a regular waffles, bagels, muffin and cereals. It would have been nice to have atleast fried egg or sausage but it was alright for what we pay it was very good. Compared to the hotel we stayed in golden which $230 it came with the same breakfast buffet but the room was mediocre compare to this one. I recommend staying here specially the honeymoon suite.

We stayed they for one night in early July. Perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get, but a nice comfortable hotel. I believe it used to be part of the Comfort Inn. The breakfast area is a bit small for this size of hotel, but there are a couple of other areas in the hotel where you can eat.

The attached restaurant offers good value in Canadian Chinese Food.

I can recommend it, and would consider staying there again. It is right near the freeway and only a few blocks from Costco. What more could you ask for???
