We choose this bed and breakfast as our base to explore Jasper and the surrounding area. Whilst we were here we hiked Edith Cavell, Sulphur Skyline, jasper Skytram and had a soak at the Miette hot springs...........this property proved a perfect central base.

The property is run by Nancy and Chris........to be fair mainly Nancy. They are a very friendly welcoming couple. Nancy is an excellent Baker, which you discover at breakfast time.......and clearly looks after her garden, which she should be really proud of.

The property itself is charming and immaculate, the room is located in the basement....... It compromises of TV, fridge in your private entrance, bedroom/ sitting area and bathroom. The car parking is directly outside the property, which is fine.

The location is a short and pleasant walk into town. Our only regret was that we did not spend enough time.......we stayed for 3 nights, and could easily have spent 5 during our road trip.

Overall a charming Bed and Breakfast with good facilities that is made special by the owner (Nancy), she is genuinely concerned to ensure that you have an enjoyable vacation..........we felt as though we had been welcomed into her home.

This B&B is unique in someways as it is really a small self-contained flat in the basement of the house. It is located within easy distance of central Jasper and there are no parking problems. The flat is spotlessly clean and has a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a small seating area. In addition, a fridge is provided just outside the door and a table and chairs in the garden to enjoy Nancy's beautiful flower garden and views of the mountains. Nancy also provides delicious continental breakfasts at the time of your choice served in the flat. Thoroughly recommend this B&B for your stay in Jasper.

We stayed at 711 Miette Ave for 3 nights in early June. Nancy and Chris we perfect hosts and provided welcoming, comfortable accommodation. The unit is well situated very close to what the town of Jasper has to offer. The home made breakfasts are great, Wi-Fi is readily available and we were provided with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

A great studio flat in a modern suburban house.
Very handy, about a quarter mile from the town centre
The flat is spotlessly clean, and just about everything you could need, and more is provided - even down to a fully equipped picnic hamper, backpack, umbrellas ....
Nancy and Chris are very amenable hosts, and were very helpful with recommendations
The bed is very comfortable and for the first time in three weeks so far on our road trip, we didn't need ear plugs
My only slight reservations are to do with breakfast
They only rent out the one room, and I don't know why they don't invite guests up to dine in their kitchen or dining room. If that were possible, I think it would be better
It would also offer a solution to my second reservation - the cafetiere, or french press. The idea is that you make your own coffee to go with the breakfast but, without a kitchen sink, you can't wash it out to make a second cup
Don't get me wrong, though, they still score 5 with me

Room Tip: There's only one room

Brilliant place. Good location , fantastic spotless accommodation, lovely home made continental breakfasts including home baked fruit bread or croissants and superb hosts in Nancy and Chris. Its a nice self contained unit with its own access key and patio area where we enjoyed a proper cup of tea in big tea pot out on the patio watching humming birds , the mountain scenery and Nancy's fantastic garden. Idyllic !
They even lent us back packs , umbrellas (not needed ! ) and gave us bottled water for our hiking trips around Jasper and Maligne lake that Chris recommended.
Absolutely top class B&B, certainly recommended .
Had to put "Not Sure" about this "Hotel" because its a private home with B&B accommodation and NOT an Hotel
