We ate here on our first night in Jasper, and were pleased with both the food and the service. The menu was a bit limited, but it did include options for game lovers, simple meat eaters, fish, and one vegetarian/vegan item-- so it fit the bill for us.

I had the Mushroom Carpaccio for an appetizer and the Gardner's Pie (lentils with mushrooms, tomato & sweet potato), and my husband had the 3-meat meatballs and a steak with mac&cheese. There was more than enough food--particularly as the meal also came with an amuse bouche to start, biscuits, focaccia, and a palette cleansing granita. And, everything was beautifully presented, prepared properly, and tasty.

The service was spot-on, not overly attentive but there when you needed it.

Note that the menu is based on ordering at least two courses-- which must include a main, and either an appetizer or dessert. But, you can have as many additional appetizers/desserts as you like.

The desserts looked good, but we just didn't have any room left for them.

A very solid choice for dinner in Jasper.

Fabulous restaurant. Fabulous food. Fabulous 50th Birthday celebrations. Can not rate this restaurant highly enough. The staff made our evening very special, they were very friendly and attentive and the food was out of this world. Will definitely be back again on our next visit to Canada.

We were interested in trying game meat and I was lucky enough to have the night's special sampler - delish! Each side better than the next. From the amuse-boche to dessert - wonderful. Would not recommend necessarily for kids. Nice place for romantic dinner. Highly recommend.

Quiet and pleasant after the crowds of Jasper during the height of tourist season. We found the menu similar to French bistros with a small menu of interesting tastes. We felt our meal was well worth the money.

Just a delight to sample cuisine that's beyond the norm and embodies what you would expect in the wild northern Rockies of Alberta! Had to have the unadulterated meatiness of elk, bison and boar meatballs in a beautiful rosemary port sauce and the chef signature elk tenderloin over lentils! Just has that taste beyond the zone of comfort of regular beef or lamb. Splashed that down with the 50th parallel Pinot noir rose and an Argentinian Malbec made for a perfect dining experience! My partner had excellent smoked duck breast with wstercress followed by North Pacific halibut wrapped in bacon. Very accommodating on allergies and happily made menu item exchanges from other dishes to make sure it was a pleasant experience. Around $100 per person for two courses and two drinks, and grats! Good service by Dylan. This is a unique Jasper dining experience and I can unequivocally recommend this!
