Service is mediocre. Understaffed or under worked.
Ordered my go to favourite raviolo, took 30min to get bill. Bill was incorrect… another 15min… dine and dash…jk

Amazing food, great cocktails….but don’t go for a comfortable experience. The stools are brutal- I had to stand and walk numerous times. Staff are good - not much ambience. Very dark, very tight seating at the bar, music is quite loud, OK if a couple but won’t hear if more people. Would go back but only for an hour - my back and legs couldn’t take any longer.

Bar Bricco is a fantastic restaurant and was our favorite meal of our trip to Edmonton. We ate at the bar (which is always our favorite) and our service was good. We had a gin cocktail and a nice glass of wine and had broccoli Romanesco for an appetizer. The broccoli was charred perfectly and was extremely flavorful and delicious. I had the pappardelle with a meat sauce and that was very tasty, but the star of the meal was my wife's egg yolk raviolo, which is one of the best meals she's ever had in her life. This is a great restaurant and we highly recommend coming here for a great meal.

We went to Bar Bricco Friday for the first time. The atmosphere was warm, energetic and communal. We ordered Aperöl Spritz ( our usual Friday drink ) and we’re surprised to be served a rather small and very flat version of this drink ( maybe the Prosecco was left open too long?). Next we ordered the side of olives ( which at their sister restaurant Uccellinos are excellent ) we were let down again. They were fine but plain with a hint of
citrus. Next we ordered two salads the fennel and the cabbage... which turned out to be monolithic bowls of just that... whereas chopped fennel can be delicious, no one wants a bowl so large that 4 people would tire of it. Nor does anyone ( or two ) people want a bowl of cabbage so plain that you Wonder if the forgot to dress it. A second set of Aperöl Spritz’s ( we believe in giving bar tenders a second chance ) resulted in another set of small flat libations that we didn’t finish... Bar Bricco was $88 wasted. We shall not go back. Uccellinos is much, much better if you want this kind of experience.
