My husband and I recently spent two nights at this bed and breakfast. We took the smaller of the three rooms -- which is, in fact, much smaller than the other two that get the most play on the website, but there are pictures of it if you look. Still, it was a very comfortable room, clean with lots of cupboard space, good bedside reading lights, and a very satisfactory bathroom (with one of those fancy rain showers). The room has an in-room air-conditioning unit that is a bit noisy, but worked very well and the first day we were there the weather was very very hot, so the unit was much appreciated. We also had a good breakfast -- a tasty omelette with toast. I don't know if there were others staying there when we were there because the house has excellent soundproofing. By the way, the interior has extraordinarily beautiful woodwork on the floors and trim which the owner did himself. The location was most convenient for us, with easy access to Kensington and the downtown. I'd definitely go back, and next time might spring for the larger unit.
