New line up of the line cooks compared with my last visit year ago. Still very good culinary experience .
Excellent pasta of the day. Delicately balanced flavour and the pasta was just el dente enough.
The grilled bone marrow was the best in town.
Bread was cold and dry unfortunately.
The sardines, grilled, would have been much better if grilled for a few more minutes. Also too much were added, like casper, olive, pine nuts and other herbs, making the fish valueless.
Waiter service was goog.
Too busy and noisy there.
Waited an additional 30 minutes at the door at 8:30 pm despite table reservationn but the hostess was very apologetic and git on the case quickly.
The mushroom and asparagus, fried and grilled were extremely well done.
As before but already much improved probably with the new line cooks , overall still too salty and heavily seasoned. If you need to Watch your sodium and caloric intake maybe tell the waiters ahead.
