Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) came here one evening for a casual dinner. We have nothing bad to say about the food or the service. It was good, but nothing really special. It was a little pricier than I would have paid for a similar experience at home, so I had slightly higher expectations. Our family had ordered Prime Rib, the Tamarack Pizza, the Western Beef sandwich, and the Pulled Pork sandwich. Our family had the highest praise for the Tamarack Pizza which was on a thin crust. On the other hand, we agreed that the Pulled Pork sandwich we shared at Sidings General Store (and Restaurant) in Field, BC was much more tasty. We ate at the Fairmont, it was good, but I'd likely give someplace else a try on my next visit.
