This is one of the highlights of the Canadian Rockies, an absolute must-see. Go early to get parked and walk around the different viewpoints while waiting for the sun to get higher and really light things up. The turquoise blue water and spectacular mountain backdrop here makes it one of the best places on earth. Canoeing is very expensive but we splurged once and it was memorable. There are many nice hikes in the area and the walk along the shoreline is nice. Climb up the rockpile for the best views.

Don't miss visiting Moraine Lake. Breathtaking views and stunning scenery. Great drive up to the lake with stunning views along the way. In the summer, bring a lunch to have by the lake.

Moraine Lake is simply stunning. The colors, the mountains, the water, the tress- every bit is glorious. Get there early to avoid the crazy crowds and go to the Rockplie for the best photo opportunities.

Simply one thing to say - Breathtaking. Go and see it yourself.

Tip- We were told the road closes unless you go at 7am. We drove past at 4pm and it was open and less busy, we got parked without any issue.
