Was craving a spicy stew and came across the reviews for this restaurant however I am very complimentary of their service and food.
I had the spicy beef and vegetable stew. It also came with the sides. Serving was big. I struggled to finish everything. The level of spiciness was perfect and especially on a cold, snowy day in Banff today.
If you are craving Korean food as I was, this is a great place to go.

We have no reservation just walk in and we were accommodated by a friendly staff . The food is amazing as usual the service is good too . Prices is reasonable and food choices are plenty , more than enough to satisfy our cravings Highly recommended.

If you’re not picky or if you like hot pot, this place will do. We’ve had better Korean food, service, and experience in Calgary. No Ttokboki, which was sad. Would I want to come back here? Not really.

Our family of 4 were feeling “international” on our Christmas holiday ski trip thru Banff. We landed at this friendly and efficient Korean barbecue restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second time. The place fills up with mostly Asian customers, which means a lot of others who have not had Korean bbq are missing out on this unique style of eating. Staff was very friendly, our order was taken promptly and food came just as fast. We tried some of the small dishes and appetizers, which everyone like, but made the pot the center attraction to share. It’s a large wok placed on a gas burner built into the table and filled with ingredients to be cooked under your control. It comes with rice and several small sides of kimchi, savory pickled radish, and others. Sharpen up your chopsticks skills and go for it!

Absolutely delicious food and superb service! We had the Dulsot BiBimBap and Dwagai Bulgogi. Fresh yummy ingredients prepared just right served by a friendly happy helpful waiter. Highly recommended!
