Nice hotel, rooms little outfpdates but they were clean & the views from outside lounge we're lovely. Nice place to chill for drink. Our room was on other side so we didn't have any issues with freeway noise few others mentioned

Room Tip: If worried about noise ask for room on other side views not as good on that side

We liked this hotel. The location just off highway and close to Banff town center was good. We liked being out of the chaos of the town center. We typically only slept here has we were on the road most days by 6:00am to see the country and do some hiking. The room was a good size and the bathroom sufficient. Our room faced the parking lot but again it didn't matter to us dice we didn't spend much time there. We didn't use the restaurant in hotel at all so can't comment. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, lovely room with a little balcony leading out to a grass area for picnics with beautiful views of the valley. The front of house 'welcome' was mixed; one member friendly and helpful, the other not so. Vital after a long drive to be welcomed to be honest.

We didn't spend a huge amount of time here so are not able to comment on food. However the '10' minute walk in to town isn't really 10 minutes and we're not particularly slow walkers. However, in saying this, if you're not bothered by walking in to town it is a nice walk (beware of being eaten alive by mossies at certain times of day!).

Room Tip: Ask for a valley view...we never really heard the road noise but if you're a light sleeper this might have to take priority.

All Deluxe Rooms on our first floor offer walk-out balconies to the grassy area; I'm glad you enjoyed this space and the views! Thank you for the feedback on our Front Office, this has been passed onto the manager.
Hope to have you stay with us again.
Sincerely,
Christy - Sales Manager

This hotel was brilliant, the rooms aren't huge, but being in Banff rooms are nothing more than a place to sleep, and for that it's perfect, the bathroom is modern and clean, and the hotel is just outside the town, which I enjoyed, it's a lovely walk to the town with a scenic route past the river or directly to the town, it is about 15mins on average so fine to walk in and have some drinks in the town and walk back. Would definitely recommend

Not well located, above the highway! Expensive and noisy! Staff at the front desk is a bit 'cold' and not really helpful. Bistro was great though, great view! We asked for a king bed and had two separated bed, not very cool when ur a couple !! and they didn't bother to accommodate us
