My parents stayed there for 2 nights while me and my husband camped at two jack lake, Mrs. Josee Richard was very nice and she invited us over for breakfast one morning to keep my parents' company. Her house is small but cozy, and her homemade bread is AMAZING :)

The unit was clean, when you meet Josee she will explain her rules, no shoes on inside slippers provided. Close front door quietly, squeegee tiles in bathroom to avoid condensation. According to the paperwork left in the unit, $50.00 will be charged if you do not wash up and put items away. We do not have a problem with the washing up and asked for the host to make sure everything was right on our departure. Laundry facilities are available in Banff. The unit was an easy walk into the village.

We stayed in the downstairs, fully self contained B & B. It is immaculately kept, is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals.
The B & B is in a great location, being very quiet and only a very short stroll into downtown.
Josee is a great host and made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay in this B & B and would definitely recommend it to others.

My husband and I stayed in one of the rooms upstairs in late July for a few nights. It was extremely hard to book anything in the peak season so we were grateful that this place was available.
Josee greeted us and showed us to our room on the second floor. In general, the place is extremely clean and well kept. The room is big enough to have a large bed, and chest of drawers. We found it plenty of size for our needs (we only spent nights in there, and were out and about the rest of time). There are no TV or any other appliances in the room. The bathroom is shared, and quite small which didn't bother us since we are pretty fit. The only negative about the shower is that the shower head is quite old and I guess there must be too much deposits collected inside because the water is hard so the water doesn't come the way you'd expect it but rather seems to be getting congested. I would really recommend either cleaning the shower head thoroughly or even better replace it as it looks quite old.
Breakfast was served downstairs and consisted of cereal with milk, fruits, and toasts with jams/peanut butter/honey. Bread is made by Josee herself!
Josee was very helpful in giving us suggestions (even highlighting the points of interest on the map) about interesting and scenic places to visit in Banff.
We would recommend this place.

Room Tip: Pillows are quite small and fairly flat (not fluffy) It can get quite hot in the room or cold (cannot regulate temperature inside) Josee seems quite strict about staying in the house which at times was a bit uncomfortable Amenities are very limited, room has no appliances that one would usually expect in a B&B

I spent 6 nights here in September 2012. It is a lovely B&B, clean, well located to both the Banff centre and downtown and has friendly owners.
The rooms are spacious and the breakfast consists of cereal, toast and fruit.
Would definetly recommend this place!
