As we stay in the hotel, we booked a table. Friendly helpfull service and a good choice. The starters were nice, cheese fondues, meat platter and bruscetta. The spaghetti’s were nice as well, but I was very dissapointed by the bad preparatoir of the pizza’s. The toppings were fine and the dough as well, but they weren’t prepared on a hot surface; the botten was not light and crusty, soft and half cooked. A good pizza is essential for a good italian kitchen. Have ever had a look at using stone/plaster plates, as I suppose you don’t have a stone oven.
