Disappointed at the poor quality of the furniture especially so in respect of the lounge. The kitchen could also benefit from a refurb. The newly fitted back door could not open and the external garden was not accessible without a long walk round the buildings. The kids trampoline was in need of repair.
On a final point why advertise that wifi is available when this never works due to thick walls and a weak signal? You can get an occasional and extremely weak wifi reception if you stand at the top of the courtyard.
Accommadation was pretty average so I would not recommend Pine Cottage.

A very spacious, clean, convenient holiday rental. Owners live on the farm next to the cottages, and they are very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the lovely and very spacious "Pine Cottage" as a group of 7 adults and 2 children (age 1 and 5) for a long weekend.
The accommodation is very clean, spacious, we never felt as if we were all on top of each other, and perfect for all our needs.
Set in lovely surroundings, with fields of horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and a sunny picnic area, we could not have asked for more from these cottages.
The owners are friendly and helpful without being too invasive, and informative about the local area.
There is a childrens play area to the rear of the cottage, and BBQ equipment available if you would like it, also, there is a village pub within walking distance of the cottage for dinner if you wish.
I would stay here again and would highly recommend the lovely accommodation for trips to this area.
