We had a wonderful time. The house has everything you could need. The pool is perfect, and there's a great view down the valley to Claviers from the terrace. The village, Bargemon, is five minutes walk away and again has everything you could need. There is a good little supermarket and a very pretty square where you can sit and watch the world go by with your coffee and croissants in the morning and your drink in the evening. The provencale villages nearby are all worth visiting. There's a wonderful walk up behind Bargeme…(which also had the best ice creams). We very much hope that we'll be able to go again.
This super little property was just the right place to begin our European holiday. Nestled to the side of Bargemon, within easy walk of the village centre, this property had all we wanted and needed. A super swimming pool (large enough for swimming lengths), great outlook, peace and quiet.
While Vincent and Christine weren't there, they provided everything we needed in terms of information, to make our stay easy and enjoyable.
We cycled most days (start early if you are there in the warmer months) and delighted in coming back and selecting our range of local taste treats from village shops, to take back and enjoy a leisurely lunch and dinner accompanied by some excellent wines which were readily available from the small but very well stocked local supermarket.
We will look to come back!
