Good Ambience. The gym and swimming pool are very well maintained. Food is good. The staff is well equipped and friendly. I am regular boarder with the hotel and would recommend for people looking for stay at Navi Mumbai. The managers Asif khan and Meenal are well equipped to handle guests.

I booked a Business meet for Polycab India Limited at the banquet. Right from the negotiation stage, Mr. Mangesh has been amazingly supportive.
After things were closed, Mr. Rizwan has been an amazing host taking care of all our requirements personally. He made all our guests feel at home. Each and every member our our conference were so happy with the hospitality. I am looking forward to some more meets at the property.
A special mention to Sumit, who took care of the bartending. Some amazing cocktails were made by this guy..way to go team...

And lastly, no function is complete without great food. Right from starter to dessert, everything was taken care by Chef Noor.
It was an experience way beyond explaination

Extremely poor check-in experience. Before leaving my city this morning, I had called the hotel and confirmed our booking for 2 rooms (3 adults, 1 child). The reservations desk had confirmed the same to me. Yet, once we arrived at the hotel, we were made to wait for 30 minutes, after which we were given only one room. It is now over an hour since we checked in, but the second room has still not be given to us.

Moreover, there is an ugly sight outside our room. Food left over by the previous guest is still outside our door. Please check the attached images.

Room tip: Avoid this hotel.

Excellent service, conditions and maintenance. Hotel staff very helpful and humble. Room quality excellent, food quality superb. Room maintenance very good. no problems faced during stay. all amenities handles superbly and efficiently. All complaints handles immediately and efficiently.

Hotel was very good and staff were also very helpful.Special thanks to front desk for upgrading my room to Royal club room which is very spacious and well maintained.Checkin & check out was smooth.Breakfast spread was excellent.Overall had a very pleasant stay.Will definitely visit next time.
