We hosted our business party in Royal Orchid and had a very good experience celebrating here. The staff was very hospitable and great with their services. The food was very good that is usually not the case when you engage catering from a big hotel. The quality of food is diluted. But its not the case here. Very thankful to Mr. Karnad, Mr. Patanjali and Mr. Amol for handling all the guest requests.

Restaurant needs some improvement in variety and freshness of the food. Overall it was amazing experience. The rooms were clean and tidy. The support staff was friendly. Strongly Recommended.

value for money/ excllent service/ cooperative staff/ tasty food and excellent variety of food for each day/it was a great experience with this hotel.
it was great ambience even for old people and small kids...
the swimming pool and the gym is very hygenic to be used …
the hall for a family gathering and small party is really very convenient..and spacious...
it was great experience staying in this hotel....

Room was small considering the four star category of the hotel. No dryer in washroom and mini bar was provided after request. The person at reception at the check-in time was not polite. The only best thing with this hotel is quality of food. Food was very tasty. Service of the hotel need to be improved.

This hotel was great. We stayed there for 2 nights and did not have any complaints. The rooms are comfortable and clean with well appointed amanities.most importantly the staff was very professional.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to navi mumbai.
