This was mine and my husband's first all inclusive holiday and it really didn't disappoint. The greeting at check in was polite and efficient and the room was lovely with a well stocked mini bar. The setting and grounds are stunning and you feel like there's so much space to wander. The beach area, restaurant and bar are beautiful with friendly and helpful staff with at minimum a good level of English, some being quite fluent. The staff in general are eager to please and want to be of service to you at all times. One or two unsatisfying encounters with the head of guest relations, him being a little rude and unhelpful which is a shame because the first relations team under him we're very helpful. The food in the buffet area is varied and always fresh and lovely. The only downside of this trip was not always eating and drinking areas were open and the al a carts that were open were hard to get into but once we did the food was exceptional. The crowning glory of this resort is the animation team, always happy, always friendly and so keen to please. They remembered names of people already spoken to making everyone feel welcome. All had a great sense of humour and were chatty to everyone. They work from 10am till midnight and are on the go all the time yet never flounder. The hotel has many high points but the level of dedication showed by the staff from the men laying out the beach beds, the ground staff, waiting and bar staff to the animation crew is outstanding. The only disappointing staff member being the customer relation supervisor who's lucky the team working for him are so good.

It's been a month since returning and still talking about the barut lara. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a room upgrade which was very nice we had wine, chocolates and fruit in the room which was a lovely size and a sea view, as the season hadn't started for the hotel there was a lot of maintenance work going on which didn't bother us at all. the food in the main restaurant was excellent with so much choice for all tastes, the food in the akdeniz a la carte was outstanding and the chateaubriand was perfect. The staff also were oustanding from the cleaning staff to the managers never once did i see anyone without a smile on their face. The waiters/ waitresses tirelessly served you throughout the day remembering your drinks and making sure you were never without a drink, i would like to thank Zübeyda, Hatice and Cansu for there service and smiles although couldn't fault anyone, the selection of drinks was also amazing and thank to the bar men for my rize smokey tuxedo which were amazing The animation team were very helpful and friendly not too pushy but great fun when you did join in thanks to Pekcan for darts and Çağlar for the archery, we had one cloudy day which didn't distract from the fun. On the whole a fabulous winter week with excellent weather, food and drinks and served by the nicest people you could wish for, we are a great fan of the Barut hotels chain and have stayed with them getting on for 30 times this was 1st time at Barut Lara but it won't be our last, thank you Barut Lara team xx

Returned to the Barut Lara and pleased to see it was as good as ever.
Due to the time of year, the main pool and some of the ala cartes were not open, but this didn't distract from a relaxing holiday in the slightest.
Food, drinks and service were as impeccable as ever. Special mention for the service in the Lobby bar. Awesome Expresso Martinis. Service great at the Meltem pool bar as well, with the staff braving the cool weather in March.
Reception were brilliant, welcoming us back as return guests, as did all the ala carte restaurants. Love the new decor and design of the Lobby and reception. Very modern and vibrant.
Try some of the local Turkish food in the ala cartes. Amazing, and high quality dining. If you haven't got the Barut Lara app, get it. It's a brilliant touch, and made booking the ala cartes so easy.
Perfect week. Can we come back again please ?

Fantastic visit we arrived home today. This hotel was well worth every penny. Food was delicious and so much choice and we even managed to dine at 2 of their other restaurants. Service is impeccable!!! My favourite is the housekeeping team who are just so amazing at their jobs and on every occasion I met them they were so polite. The entertainment for kids is lovely very different to what I'd expected here in the U.K. but so welcoming to all kids. The kids never got bored and the team were fantastic with all the kids. The only thing that could be improved it's making information regarding kids club and Activities more widely available as we missed the first few days of evening entertainment as we didn't know it was on. If you want to book here don't hesitate it's worth it. We had a nice comfortable stay here for easter and would definitely consider coming back. Thankyou Barut Lara

I’d been Antalya resorts many times and we enjoyed about staying in UAll 5 stars hotels, Barut is also one of the best and lovely hotel in Lara. Facilities, entertainment, food quality and everything are fair. Staff are helpful and rooms are clean. We enjoyed it on 7 days staying and it’s also closed to airport and down town . I would like to thanks all staff to make a unforgettable holiday to my family.
