A Simply Amazing Time and Relaxation!!

This resort is beautiful, clean, relaxing with a great staff and service. We were welcomed by a very attentive staff: Yesenia, Hazel, and Moroni. Our room clean and absolutely lovely thanks to Nelida our housekeeper. Tonight we ate at the Cafe Des Artistes de Los Cabos Restaurant, and the price was worth it!! Our server Enrique took good care of us, as did Daniel and Victor. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful array of food and smoothies that we could create ourself. Thank you Andrea and Marianna,Laura and so many others for your great service. This resort is only 10 minutes from the center of town, it has a workout room most would enjoy. The pools are nice because they have kids and adults only pools. While here, it felt has though the resort was empty, but it was actually completely booked, so that was a plus for us because though the resort was full it was still relaxing. If you want a facial or a massage they have it too.
My husband and I came to JW Marriott to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary and did we pick a winner!! The service here has been exceptional in every area of the resort. Our experience here makes us want to return one day. Thank you to everyone here for making our 39th wedding anniversary unforgettable. Thank you Rigoberto for making me hot tea when I was sick upon arriving. Thank you to the chef at the Nak that made the chicken soup, it really helped me feel better. Thank you Angel Salinas for your great customer service in reservation and to all here at this wonderful establishment , THANK YOU JW MARRIOTT FAMILY FOR GIVING US GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!

Return to Griffin Club

Our second time this year to stay at the Griffin Club, part of the JW Marriott. Upgrade to the GC if you can. A boutique hotel within the larger facility. Well worth the price. Fabulous location, attentive staff, great food, extremely clean in our hotel room and the grounds. Cannot recommend enough. Will be returning in May 2020 for a wedding. Cannot wait!! An easy Uber ride into the very charming town of San Jose. Beautiful plaza and laid back vibe (unlike Cabo San Lucas).

My Favorite Place in Cabo!

If you want to stay in a beautiful resort with extremely attentive staff while enjoying delicious food and drinks then look no further than the JW Marriott. I've been traveling to Cabo for over 15 years and, as a result, have stayed in many hotels and resorts. This hotel surpasses them all. From the moment you arrive until you (unfortunately) have to leave, this place is exceptional. I have Marriott Titanium and Lifetime Platinum status and I can say, based upon years of travel, the service at this hotel surpasses the Ritz Carlton.

Room tip: All rooms are great but those closer to the water and on the top two floors provide a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset

Life is good in Cabo at the JW

Life is good in Cabo and my favorite place to stay is the JW Marriott! The pools are quiet and beautiful. Kid, teen and adult pools. Something for alll. My favorite is the salt water pool where Manuel served us great drinks, appetizers and took care of us all day. Friendliest staff thT could give many other places Master level classes on Customer Service!

Love this place!

This was our second stay at the JW and will be returning again. In the past, we've made countless trips to Cabo, but decided to try San Jose del Cabo a few years ago. It will be hard to go back to Cabo! The JW is in close proximity to so many things we like to do. Not only is the food at the hotel excellent, San Jose has wonderful restaurants and bars that offer interesting and unique cocktails. It's also close to Flora Farms and makes it doable for dinner (as well as every other meal). We also love Puerto Los Cabos golf with their culinary palapas.

It's definitely a quieter vacation as you aren't in the Cabo action, but that's OK at times, and we always end up going down a day or two for some Medano massages, tacos and swimming.....and the obligatory trip to Costco to check tequila prices.

What makes this place to amazing is the people! Everyone you meet is so nice and they really go out of their way with their hospitality. We also appreciate that the same employees are there year after year. I think that speaks volumes and enjoy seeing familiar faces. I'd like to give a shout out to Julio who always treats you exceptional. Luis is so fantastic as well and always has a smile on his face and a joy to talk too.

We look forward to returning again soon, but staying longer next time. One more thing...the shower! The volume of water and size makes it one of the best showers I've ever had in my travels. We left from this location to the Four Seasons in Costa Rica and their shower was such a let down compared to the JW.
