This was an average facility for a Hyatt.
Elevators constantly not working. My son who is 13 got stuck for over 15 min. on our last day. Everything was just average.
I was expecting more as I have been to the Cancun location 2x and was “wowed!” This facility will not “wow” you and your family.

From check in to check out service was exceptional. We enjoyed the alcohol brands and the food at the restaurants were awesome. The pool areas are well maintained and has plenty of servers to get you what you need.

Amazing stay! All of the restaurants were wonderful and the staff was accommodating. The beach was beautiful but we were not able to get into the water due to undertow and dangerous aquatic marine life.

Excellent service, food and drinks. Every employee seemed genuinely happy to be working there and this transferred over to the guests as well. We walked 30 min down the beach each day to surf a great reef break and decided that the Hyatt looked like the best place to be along this stretch.
