We just returned from 3 nights at the Marquis Los Cabos. We had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, organized, and so accommodating. Hand Sanitizer everywhere. Staff wore masks the entire time. The hotel was less than half full, so it was easy to social distance. the food was excellent. Shout out to the phenomenal Staff (Alberto, Salvadore, Jared, Juan, Arturo, Claudia) that made our experience so relaxing and special.

My husband and I went to celebrate a late anniversary due to ours being canceled at the beginning of Covid 19. The staff made us feel very welcomed and special! We had wine and chocolate covered strawberries to kick off our trip right! Food, drinks and views were amazing! We are normally beach people but since swimming is not an option at this resort we learned to take advantage of the pools. Pools were amazing and service was great! We felt extremely safe traveling and the staff went above and beyond to ensure proper sanitation methods were used. It was a perfect get away and highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing vacation at Marquis.
It was out first anniversary and the resort, staff, service, activities, and guests did not disappoint.
From the second we arrived we were greeted immediately, disinfected, handed a cocktail and in awe of the breathtaking view.
Our room was spacious and the view picture perfect. The room was stocked with snacks and drinks, robes and slippers and a Happy Anniversary sign on our door, nice touch. Not to mention the daily morning basket of muffins and pan dulce.
Room service on point as was the cleaning crew.
The pool staff was the best ever, I never had an empty drink and the pool food was yummy, especially the ceviche! They were attentive, helpful and great attitude! Fun guys.
We can’t forget about Christian, the activities lead, although we only did casino and tequila tasting he was out everyday chatting with guests, setting up activities and getting participants. Excellent customer service.
Our morning breakfasts at vista ballena were delightful and delicious.
Adriana is the sweetest most precious hostess, cute and cheerful. She made our days extra special.
Ramiro and the whole staff of the restaurant were impeccable. So nice and nothing was left unturned whatever I asked for on our off menu I got, they made it so easy.
The bartenders at the main bar were just as great.
Oscar and his bartender were a joy and provided the best service. They made delicious drinks and made our nights so fun. Oscar even came out in the morning to say goodbye to us on our last day. He is a great bar server.
This resort is a must and we will be back! 10 stars!!!!!!!

We celebrated my friend's birthday here and everything was so great and excellent.The rooms are very clean and very luxurious ocean front hotel.Special thanks to Karen at front desk who help us book our boat even it's the verylast minute, Julio & sebastian in the coffee shop -very friendly and cheerful, Elena in pergola made my friend happy on her birthday by surprising her with nice cake.Overall very amazing service by the hotel staff definitely will gonna come back and will refer to all of my friends.

Where do I even begin?
During COVID, it’s a bit stressful to travel but the employees at Marquis made it seamless. There is a hand sanitizer walk through the second you get to the hotel, and they take your luggage to have it cleaned. Margaritas are given upon arrival & everyone is wearing a mask (as they should). You are then checked in and escorted to your hotel room.
Beautiful ocean front room with tons of space, a stocked mini fridge and we loved the Bluetooth speaker.

We did a lot, left the hotel for some lunches and dinners, and used Uber as our transportation which we felt was very safe. Our drivers were amazing, although you have to walk out the front gate of the hotel in order to catch your uber so plan accordingly. Although, we didn't have a meal at the hotel that we didn't like! The Ceviche was to die for and we also loved the catch of the day. If you didn't want to leave the hotel, you truly would not have to because they have it ALL.

ALFONSO AND OSCAR, they were absolutely amazing. They work at the bar right under the lobby in the evening. They were so prompt with their drink service and treated us like royalty anytime we were there (which was every night lol). Marquis is lucky to have such incredibly hard working employees that are so attentive to their guests.

ARTURO AND JUAN, these guys are running around constantly checking up on you out by the pool, making sure you don’t go empty handed with food or drinks. They also remembered us and made us feel very special on our stay.

KAREN, she was in charge of all excursions which were so seamlessly planned right up in the lobby. We went Jet skiing and they offer transportation to the drop off location which I definitely recommend because it can get confusing.

We had an initial checkout of Saturday but loved our stay so much that we extended until Sunday which was much needed! Upon checkout, they kept all our luggage for us until we had to be picked up from the hotel. And they also let us down into the spa to shower before leaving since we had already checked out of our room.

I can’t describe in words how happy we were on this vacation, how safe we felt being in Mexico and also because of COVID, and my boyfriend and I are already planning our trip back.

Thank you x a million to all the staff!! We are so grateful.
