stayed 3 nights in royal service part of paradisus and was worth the little extra we had to pay. we had ocean view and could watch the whales from our balcony. restaurant and pool was great and quiet with access to the beach. would definitely stay again. great service with very friendly staff.

Room Tip: if you are without kids, it is worth paying a little extra for the royal service rooms

My family and I booked 9 nights in 2 connected junior suites. We read all the reviews about Mexico and this resort and others in area. Here is what you need to know:

- don’t think twice about booking resort, it’s beautiful
- people are incredibly friendly and look to serve you and make your vacation top notch and don’t expect tips.
- good is absolutely incredible - from the filet minion to the sushi and even breakfast.
- we had beach view which is fine vs beach front view - here is a picture from my balcony.
- I don’t think the royal service is worth it - they also quarantine you off into a small area with a small pool and grassy area.
- beach is nice it is swimmable as they advertise but folx this is not the Caribbean if you are looking for power soft beaches, crystal clear water and calm pool like conditions in the ocean then Cabo not for you. The sand is not power but rather small shells and stones that hurt to walk on. All in the beach is still beautiful.
- we did a tour it’s $30 can ride each way to the marina where you can walk around and shop (we felt very safe) and there are great places to eat.
- Entertainment there are nightly shows and enough to do - not overwhelmingly but enough. Honestly your so tired from the sun all day your lucky to stay awake past 9p
- speaking of sleeping - the rooms have great and I mean great air conditioning and the beds and sheets are very comfortable
- TV in room is nice but mostly Spanish speaking channels. The resort should spring for satellite and some news channels like fox and ESPN
- lastly there is one pay for restaurant on the resort (attached pictures from menu it’s in pesos)
- spa was very good

We were here for 3 days, we got the adults only all inclusive. The hotel itself is spotless, great service from check in to check out. We we’re brought to a different building for check in. Its nice to have a separate lounge, separate pool, exclusive restaurant and concierge for a worry free vacation. you also get your own butler and supposedly a cellphone which we didn’t receive ( said they ran out??). We also took advantage of the included water massage in the spa. All in all a great place to chill and relax.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of girlfriends. The resort was absolutely gorgeous and we had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff member, at the Royal lounge, Mauricio went above and beyond as far as professionalism and made the experience very memorable! Definitely a star employee and was very knowledgeable about all that Cabo had to offer. Our butler Alejandro was also very helpful and aided my group at any time. He was the restaurant guru as well. The royal service was a must and I hope to return back to this resort one day.

Thank you all for the exceptional service.

Our first stay in Mexico with our daughter who celebrated 18th b-day while here. it was a great experience. We didn't have much time to prepare so weren't sure what to expect.

The staff provided excellent service around the hotel. Security was great where ever you went. Nice facility, exercise room small but had lots of equipemnt. Room make up service sometimes only til late in the day, varied a bit. The Royal upgrade was in a qieter area but not worth the cost. We looked at both options rooms are the same.

We came in March so the air temp was in the mid 70's when sun sets it get's cool. What we didn't know was that the ocean temp is a mare 65 and you can dare take a dip. We were hoping just to swim all day and be at the beach in this beautiful area, the beach has a very small area roped off for swimming large waves coming in and deep water. Lounges with ambrellas and great service for drinks, snacks, they come to the beach. The pool sometimes noisy because of adults that had too much to drink, since it's free, not a problem of the hotel.
Great nightly entertainmanet we wished there was a dance floor so we could appreceate the mucisians and dance to music.

The only real disappointment of the beach was the sand or should I say rocks small sharper rocks not white smooth sand. Bring shoes all I can say. You'll get used to it if you stay there long enough maybe. But the beach was very long and we took interesting walks along the beach passing many hotels, was very quiet and hardly anybody there. My daughter enjoyed horse riding on the beach.

So instead we took multiple day trips and the activities provided in the Los Cabos area like swim and do stunts with Dolphins was breathtaking in a natural habitat setting, will never forget being pushed by Dolphins from bottom of your feet so fast you are standing straight up out of the water at top speed, unbelievable. We also never learned so much about the Dolphins either. They take care of the animals and we spent 1 hour in the water getting used to them before doing all sorts of things. Just the three of us with two Dolphins. It did get cold I was shivering but who cares at that time HAHA. I can't describe what experience this was you have to have done this. Disappointed with the cost of the photos as you can't take any yourself, too expensive.
You have to go Whale shark swimming it was also amazing with our guides Oliver and jesus, they were fantastic thru Cabo Adventures. We took a small boat out on the bay jump off the boot where the shark is swimming 10-15 min back in the boat next group in the water as the shark keeps moving and then out again. Better be fit and a good swimmer. These shark are huge and swim way faster than we can keep up.
Sophia took care of the activities arranged by Costco and insurance was included if you go with her trips, she was outstanding.

Hotel has a very nice setup lots of room clean and modern rooms. lunch starts at noon and only a few places open. By the pool was barbque was excellent. The food at all restaurants was excellent. The buffet in the Market grill in the morning was good, if you are gluten free you have to stick to fruits eggs etc. Rafael was especially attentive to serve us. The GAbi loved it.

The most outstanding restaurant service ever was at the Ibana for dinner. Rudolfo was incredible, outstanding service and provided an exceptional celebration for our doughters 18th birthday. No matter what we ask for he made it possible, very kind and attentive, he knew what we wanted after a couple nights. He made sure that we were taken care off, also worked hard with the bar tender Jose who tried to provide specialty tropical drinks that we never heard off. We don't drink and this was a one time deal to try out some of these Pinacoladas, bananacolada and other drinks not all with alcohol that we made up or ask for recommendation of local drinks. Miguel was also awesome at serving us the meals.
The food was spectacular in taste and arrangement. Special birthday cake for my daughter written in chocolate on the plate was delightful. She loved it, was very special to her. So thanks so much for Rudolfo and his team for making evey night unforgettable. We had everything on the menu and the lichy desert is out of this world, wow. It will please the most decerned taste buds. Get there early at 6pm or you won't get a table, small and it get's busy fast word get's around.

All in all execcellent quality service at this resort which was outside of San Lucas where all the live is happening. You will be transporteted everywhere.

Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: building 2 lower level with partial ocean view very nice has morning suns, opposite of family rooms.
