The hotel is about 40 minute car ride from Cabo San Lucas airport. There are just 18 rooms in this hotel and consequently one can have solitude sitting by the pool, unlike the big chain hotels with lots of people, many noisy. The rooms are well appointed with Mexican motif. It is really a get away from the crowds to a hotel with quiet charm. The hotel staff offered impeccable service.

The restaurant is lovely and has a variety of foods. The bar is inviting and has a happy hour every afternoon.

Overall, we had a lovely vacation in a serene and neat place.

Room tip: Try to choose a room on the ground level, close to the pool with a veranda and beautiful flowers on your veranda.

Stayed one night in this charming small boutique. Welcoming ambience. Lovely water feature and pool keep the courtyard cool in the middle of the day. Our suite on the second floor had an outdoor patio surrounded by plants for shade and privacy. Had a hammock that we lounged in while enjoying the peacefulness. Suite was quite luxurious with all amenities. We had an excellent dinner in their outdoor dining area and the plating was attractive. Husband loved the key lime pie. Yum. Was well worth the expense. Lovely place that I will visit again.

This is our 3rd trip to Casa Natalia. We stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary this year and the owner Nathalie and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay an over the top experience. Construction in the marketplace area prevented us from getting close with our vehicle so Fernando and others stepped up, unloaded our luggage and after bring it to the hotel lobby put our vehicle in a local parking lot so we could relax and enjoy our stay. This is a hotel where you can truly get the flavor of Mexico and simply do nothing or have access to downtown San Jose outside your front door.

Room tip: Choose a suite. They're beautiful.

IF you want to be in the heart of historic SJC, near good food options ,shops, art and history and IF you want to avoid big tourist hotels, cheap food, and the beach, stay un this quiet little hotel. It has one of the two best SJ restaurants (Mi Cochina) and the best oyster bar on the Baja, a small pool and nice but not George Cinque rooms. We had wanted to stay here after several years of dinners during the festival. Loved our stay with the friendly and helpful staff, the quiet pool and convenience to downtown San Jose.

Room tip: Upgrade from the small standard rooms if you plan to stay in your room and miss San Jose.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Casa Natalia. It is a haven in the middle of the old town of San Jose del Cabo. It feels secluded despite the bustle outside. The town plaza and surrounding streets are currently undergoing a major refurbishment which will look very good when completed but means the seclusion of the hotel is even more important. We had a spacious ground floor room with a small patio area overlooking the pool. It was very comfortable and well maintained by the staff. The whole outside space, comprising the pool area, a seating area and the restaurant is delightful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant, Mi Cocina. The food is very good, more a fine dining destination than most of the surrounding restaurants, but is also correspondingly more expensive. We found plenty of other good restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. If you want to avoid the mega-resorts along the coast and enjoy the old town, I would thoroughly recommend Casa Natalia.
