We just left and cant wait to come back. The resort was on top of everything and had every thing we were looking for. We went to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, and every thing came out amazing. The resort spoils us all the time with their amazing service and attention. This includes the attentive and amazing staff plus the incredible variety in food choices that you rarely find at all inclusive resorts anywhere around the world which makes this resort special. The rooms were extremely clean and beautiful with the amazing views. The bars and clubs were amazing for the adults to get away from their children for a little while with a nice atmosphere and fun experience. The large pools were amazing with the nice swim up bars and a spacious warm area to relax with the incredible pool service. The whole entire resort was immaculate in attention to details and cleanliness with the vibrants nature, energy, and service which made this vacation extra special. In other words this place is paradise and I highly recommend it. She also made everything run super smooth and I don't know what I would have done without her help. Brandon our concierge was also very helpful during our stay.

Hugo who I met at the pool was very attentive and always with a smile on his face who gave you anything you could ask for and was always offering anything you would imagine from food to drinks and everything in between. He was all over the resort helping everyone and had great passion for his job. His energy was amazing and he was hilarious and even at 8 AM as we were about to leave for the airport, he stopped by to say goodbye.

Silvana and her team was spectacular with her amazing energy and made everyone that joined her zumba sessions and other activities around the resort happy. She was always attentive in her work and was always in a good mood which i'm sure everyone enjoyed. She also was very engaging with the kids and was overall a great worker who helped my family a lot from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Andrea was spectacular in the teens club helping kids of all ages enjoy and relax by always staying on top of her work and was so attentive to every child's request. She gave the kids games, drinks, snacks, even ordered food for some, and also engaged with so many children and teens especially which was much appreciated.

Carlos was great at the surprise beach dinner party for my husband who was always focusing on details and made the experience amazing. he was very social and made the dinner very enjoyable for me and my family. Also a very funny and hard worker at Azul and am very thankful for him.

To my girl Annabella the DJ at the Skybar was so fun to hangout with and we had so much fun every night with her. (Dua Lipa).

Loved Daniel at Lucca who sang Happy Birthday with such strong energy. He was a amazing touch to the restaurants.

Elena the waitress at the pool took care of me and my husband the whole entire day with such focus to detail and amazing work ethic.

Freddie at Frida was the first waiter we had at dinner when we arrived and was hilarious. He came around and kept making jokes which lightened up everyones mood and made the dinner very enjoyable.

The staff on the Bella yacht were incredible with there amazing skills on maneuvering the yacht smoothly. The staff who helped assist us with anything we wanted from drinks to water sports were spectacular and they were overall amazing.

Laura was super sweet and always there in the lobby when you need her. Thanks to her I have many beautiful souvenirs from the boutique and invited my husband and I on a delicious Tequila Mezcal tasting session.

Angel and Jenifer at Amat were so so so sweet with my kids (teenagers) and always assisted them everyday with the best coffee and sandwiches when they wanted something to eat.

Alandra at Azul was incredible with her service and was so generous. Every morning when we sat down at Azul and went to the beautiful buffet, she would come around and have my families drinks all ready by the time we came back from the buffet (knowing what we wanted to drink) and was amazing on focusing on every detail.More
