“HEAVEN”

I traveled to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in July with my family, and it one of the best resorts I have had the pleasure of visiting. The resort is immaculate, the food is to die for, the staff is friendly and accommodating. We are still raving about the chocolate croissants, chocolate fettucini, grilled vegetable salad, etc. The scenery is tranquil and is the perfect relaxing vacation. The smell when you walk in, is incredible. It is unique how they great you with hibiscus water, which was very refreshing.

The only down side was there was only one restaurant on the property, although we ate there almost every night, and the variety is vast, it would have been nice to have another 2 on the property. We had the all inclusive package, so we were able to go to the other resorts, but their ambiance does not match the ambiance and serenity of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica.

Room Tip: All of the rooms have ocean view.

We got married in May 2011 at Pacifica on it's own private beach and my guests & I still can't stop raving about this place! Working with Fabiola and Karina were great and you could these ladies really wanted us to be happy for our special day. We chose it because of it's modern elegance, amenities & exclusivity (they spent over a million dollars just to build the entry way/winding roads to the resort) which gave us extreme confidence in our safety. There are several checkpoints to get into the facility & ensure that you are supposed to be there.

This is an all adult only, non-smoking, all inclusive and organic food boutique hotel. The food was good and very fresh. I just wish that there were more of a variety on the outdoor buffet. The drinks were great! What makes it wonderful is that it's small, quaint and very peaceful. This is truly an adult getaway that you will not forget. The only thing I'd wish for is white sand and being able to get in the ocean but the water/waves by several of the resorts is too harsh and choppy. You have to go into town which is only a 5 minute drive where the water sports/activities are to get in the water.
We can't wait to get back to Pacifica! Thanks for the AMAZING EXPERIENCE & we look forward to going back in the very near future! I highly recommend getting married on the beach at this resort!

Enjoy the breath taking drive to this Hotel. The Pueblo property is amazing. As you enter the Pacifica Hotel staff are so welcoming, Karim H has remembered us from the past few years and greets us each time by name. The Vanilla and lavender fragrance is very relaxing. The surroundings are beautiful with Zen like gardens, and labyrinth to walk in. Surprisingly the pools which are beautiful have had many tiles loosening up, which makes it look as though a repair is needed. The beach is stunning and you can walk along for a couple of miles. This is a NON swim-able beach and signs warn of the danger. We watched as one day a young man thought he would ignore the signs as run in. He was fortunate that he was able to get back out. The waves are incredibly rough, there is a rip tide, and not to mention the water temp is cool. Julio was our favorite waiter poolside,Adriana and Miguel are the activity staff and are very encouraging of those who participate. There are beautiful beds that can be rented for the day. We stay at Pueblo Sunset next door and visit Pacifica for the day, love the fact it is adult only!

We just returned from our first visit to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort. Everything about our 5 night stay was absolutely outstanding!!! An adult only resort with excellent amenities. The staff, beginning with the Resident Manager, Engelberto Tirado, to include everyone with whom we came in contact, were courteous and profesisonal. We opted for the all inclusive plan which, given the meal prices at this resort as well as the other Pueblo Bonita properities, was a good idea. We visited with one other couple and we are already making plans to visit again next spring!

1st experience at an adults-only resort and will definitely do it again. Pacifica is just so calming and civilized - no spring breakers, no holidaymakers who cannot control their alcohol! Food at this resort is only so-so. Only saving grace is the sushi restaurant but prices are so high that it's a good thing that we were on the all-inclusive. However, la frida at the sister property Sunset Beach (a mammoth resort that you get around in golf carts) is just AMAZING. Great food (mexican with a modern twist), excellent service, and fantastic ambience (breathtaking ocean views on the patio and frida art inside). Highly recommend and with the all-inclusive, you can go more than once! WARNING: the resort folks are pretty relentless in their pursuit of your going to their time share presentation. While the incentive may be tempting ($200 spa voucher but note a massage costs $200!), if you're not interested, just say so very firmly and they leave you alone.

Room Tip: Some oceanview rooms (higher, further away from the ocean) are better than the oceanfront ones (some...
