“Delightful cottage”
Reviewed 21 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We booked Rose Cottage for a relaxing break and it didn't disappoint. A delightful cottage in an idyllic village. Oddington is an ideal location to explode the Cotsworlds and has two superb friendly pubs within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage is set in a quiet lane and has everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideal for walking and spendimg tme eating outside in the lovely peaceful garden. The only negative is that we didn't book for a longer period!

“Fantastic Character Cottage”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This was our second stay at Rose Cottage this year. My wife and I both have cancer and found Rose Cottage so relaxing and suited our requirements. The character and location of the cottage is perfect. Emmanuel and Jenny are such a lovely couple their communication is excellent. Finding this cottage was like striking gold it is perfect in everyway for us both.

“Another perfect stay in beautiful Rose Cottage”

For anyone that would like to experience the character and ambience of a typical olde worlde English cottage look no further then Rose Cottage! We stayed here earlier in the year and loved it so much we couldn't wait to book again for later in the year. Once again the owners Emmanuel and Jenny made our stay so perfect. The village of upper Oddington is a typical sleepy village with an excellent pub within walking distance that serves delicious food. Within a few miles you are at the lovely villages of stow on the wold, Bourton on the water and Moreton on marsh and we also visited Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham which were about 20 miles away. In fact we love this cottage so much we are booking again for December to experience Christmas shopping in the Cotswolds. There are so many lovely little extra touches like English garden smelling toiletries and the eggs, bread, milk and butter ready for your arrival. The cottage has an enchanting log fire so cosy in the evenings when it got chilly. The only negative is leaving the cottage at the end of a fabulous stay!

“Lovely, cosy cottage”
Reviewed 18 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

My sister and I spent 5 days in the Cotswolds, using Rose Cottage as our base for travelling. It's such a lovely, cosy place to stay - exactly as described in the photos and other reviews. The owners were very responsive, and provided a great deal of useful and clear information about the cottage and the area. An added bonus is that rose Cottage was stocked with things like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for guest use, so we didn't have to bring these with us. There was also a delicious loaf of bread and butter, and fresh eggs and milk, waiting for us upon our arrival. Wouldn't have changed anything, and thank you Emmanuel, Jenny, and Coral.

“Home - away from home”
Reviewed 31 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Rose Cottage is a lovely cottage in one of the most beautiful parts of England.
As soon as we had booked our almost two weeks stay, we received a lot of information from the owner. Thus we were well prepared when we arrieved. We knew where we would find everything we needed, and how to use everything.
We have not spent much time in the cottage, being out and about all day, but it has been a lovely home base - cozy, quiet, with everything we needed - and more.
We will absolutely recommend Rose Cottage and the Cotswolds.
