Chase at the front desk made the whole stay possible!! He was amazing. He even personalized our visit and helped us celebrate a surprise by sending a bottle of champagne and a nice hand written note to our room.
I had called to book a spontaneous reservation on the way home from Arizona because my daughter’s boyfriend told us he wanted to propose in Avon, Colorado—A special place i used to take the kids each year. We were traveling with our dog so I knew we couldn’t stay where we usually do. We had not planned to stay there, and we needed the reservation for the next two nights! A couple phone calls later, and Chase had us in an amazing suite with every arrangement made perfect.

We have never met him as he was off during our 2 night stay—but we’re grateful for his personal care and customer service. Wish more places had a “Chase”.

-Main entrance is beautiful—with dramatic 3-story lobby entrance with huge windows overlooking mountains.
-Doug at check-in was very nice.
-Our room was not ready a check-in time which was frustrating—especially because check-in time is 4pm which is already quite late.
-The room was great when we finally got it—we were upgraded to a large mountain-view suite that was extremely amply appointed. The management also gave us a free bottle of wine with a sweet note.
-The on-premises ski rental and ski valet was very helpful.
-The valet called us in our room before bringing up our bags to make sure we were satisfied—which was a nice touch.
-They have fire pits with beautiful views of the mountains.
-They do a nice apres that starts at 4pm with live music and free hot cocoa and warm cookies.
-All the staff at the bat were extremely friendly.
-Amazing gym, spa, outdoor pool, hot tubs.
-Breakfast goes to 11am—which I highly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend the hotel restaurant for lunch, but dinner was overpriced and the food was disappointing.

We stayed here for a ski race weekend. The hotel is beautiful super helpful staff. The gondola from the hotel to the mountain is beautiful. Views of the creek and lake. Rooms are a little small but they are very nice and we spent very little time in the room. Room service was great and fast. Pool and hot tubs have great views.

The rooms here were very nice, housekeeping did a lovely job. The views are lovely, but to ski, you have to catch a shuttle OVER to Beaver Creek Village, or ride the gondola to ride a long lift. We don't consider this ski-in, ski-out since you can't actually ski to or from the property. The band at night is nice but it was too loud, and there really isn't enough seating in the lobby.
Staff was either very polite or stand-offish; this was at the front desk and also with valet.

Visited the salon in the hotel to have my hair done for a black tie wedding I was attending. Stylist seemed irritated that what I wanted was an “updo” and went to tell the front desk, presumably to change the price, but without telling me. What I ended up with was a bun with some Bobby pins, took her less that 30 minutes and I was charged $125. My boyfriend’s mom even asked that she fix a curl in the front, but she said it wasn’t cooperating so it would have to be left. Had to redo my own hair back at the hotel, $152.10 later.
