We had a wonderful stay in Tulum and we credit it in part to Tom, our hotel manager and the great hotel. He supplied us with a map and information on places to go and this is so helpful as we were only staying 8 days. The breakfast was excellent. Room were so comfortable and clean.

This is the place to stay in Tulum Town. Nothing fancy, but clean, good breakfast and friendly people.

If you are planning a trip to Tulum, Mexico this is the place to stay because:-

~ clean clean clean
~ location, easy walking to downtown Tulum but in a quiet neighborhood.
~ Tom the manager speaks english (American) and is a wealth of information from places to see, where to get things, what to do, and especially his recommendations on local restaurants, our best meals ever in Mexico.
~ WiFi included along with a huge breakfast including a traditional Mexican meal.
~ roof deck is a great place to hang out, read a book or be social, many late night conversations with other travelers.
~ you can e-mail in advance to arrange airport pickup and car rental information. go to their website for contact information. Do not rent at airport 2 to 3 times the cost of Tulum.

So now the secret is out, just hope they have room for us on our next visit :-)

D&D.

Room Tip: As long as we can get it on our return trip, room 5 is at garden level and in the rear, very quiet and relaxing if you like to sit out side.

We were at this hotel in february 2012 for 3 nights and we loved this hotel. great big room and the breakfast (witch is included in the price of the room) are AMAZING !!!!! Plenty of choice: cereals, fruits, yogurt and the mexican breakfast cook right away when your order it, are so delicious.... miam ! miam ! Tom, one of the owner, is very hepfull with all you can need and ask him to book you for the Sian Kaan kayak tour with Antonio and Miguel - you won't regret it.
