My wife and I have lived and worked in the finest Casino's in Las Vegas for many years and by far the Palms Luxury Hotel Tulum is Incredible...Fantastic...Chic...and we miss you guys so much.
From the moment you walk in the lobby you experience calm and happiness. The entire staff makes you feel like you belong. Their warm smiles, their true caring for your every moment that you are their. They make you feel like family.
Every need is confidently, professionally and cheerfully handled to perfection.
The decor is chic, up scale and so comfortable.
We truly love this place and especially the People ...
The Palms Luxury Hotel Tulum will always be in our hearts and can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Every room is ... Perfect

Room where nicely equipped and clean. The hotel itself is short distance from the downtown Tulum area and a longer distance from the beach road. Free bike rentals were provided that made getting to the ruins etc. a pleasant 15 minute ride. Service was also great with several on point restaurant recommendations.

We were surprised by how spacious the apartment was -- open and modern. Everything seemed brand new and the place was spotless. There was some construction noise when we stayed there (Nov. 2014) but it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is in town, not at the beach. I never had any trouble getting a cab when we wanted to head to the water. We liked being right in town, so we could walk around at night. (The beach road is a little narrow for that.) And the supermarket is practically around the corner, which made it easy to stock up the kitchen.

The staff was incredibly helpful on a few occasions during our stay. They even told us how to catch the "collectivo" bus to Akumal Bay for a snorkel trip (SO worth doing, by the way -- that was a highlight of our trip.)

Room Tip: It appeared that most, if not all, the rooms overlooked the well-kept pool courtyard.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and always focused on service - focused not only on a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also on helping to enhance experiences in Tulum. The hotel's free bike rentals and relationships with local taxis allowed for easy and quick commutes to all Tulum beaches. All in all, a terrific value and great place to stay.

This was such a nice place to stay. The rooms where clean and very roomy like a little Condo with the Kitchen and separate bedroom. Close walk to town and Grocery Store. I rode a bike for the 1st time in 20 years to the Ruins! The staff were the best in all the land. They were so helpful in all regards. If you planning a tour have them help you to save $$$$.
Would definately stay there again. Very friendly environment and felt very safe .

Room Tip: Only 9 units that I know of and all seem great from what I could see. All have balcony views of the pool and courtyard.
