We loved the warm welcome and treehouse-like balconies with hammocks upstairs. It was nice to have a small kitchen for when we didn't want to eat out.
Tulum is a great vacation town - big enough to have lots to do, yet small enough to get around easily by bike, on foot, or taxi. There were tons of great restaurants.
At Uolis Nah it was nice to be close to grocery stores, good restaurants, and the beach bike path, but not crowded into the middle of town. We borrowed the bikes several times and enjoyed riding them to the beach (easy parking), the Tulum Ruins (free bike parking), shopping, and restaurants.
Every morning at breakfast I could ask Irma about fun local things to do, and she helped us learn about Tulum and Mexico. She gave us directions to fun cenotes we wouldn't have known about, and told us about the Easter parties on the beach.
Wifi and hot water weren't 100% reliable in the rooms, but that wasn't much of a hardship. It was nice to read in the hammocks or by the pool. It would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs in the room. It was great to shower by the pool and cool off in and near it after bike trips to the beach and around town.More
