Restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel, it’s a nice atmosphere especially for brunch in the town. Service was good although not much was explained to us about the menu. The suckling pig tacos were delicious but the fish fillet main was overcooked and a little dry. We were a little gobsmacked when the bill came and it was one of the most expensive meals we’d had in our two weeks in Mexico (with the exception of Arca which was well worth it !) the price didn’t quite sit right for somewhere that was on the main road and the food was a 6.5/10 and got that reason we probably wouldn’t go back.

Really nice and cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff and delicious food. The fish and deer was amazing. Could only recommend go there. Also it is kind of expensive

Great relaxed ambience and cozy space. Super friendly service from our server Ruben! Definitely try one of the cocktails (I loved the "local") and the guac (add a side of grasshoppers if you're feeling adventurous! The mushroom sope was also on point!

We came here because we loved the atmosphere...it looked especially alluring at night. However, due to our schedule, we had to have an earlier dinner at 5 pm...so we sampled few dishes and enjoy a glass of wine.

Atmosphere/Service:
The setting is unique and relaxing. You sit on the floor surrounded by mounds of pillows, while listening to very hip/tribal music. Our server, Juan Carlos, was attentive, friendly and eager to make us happy. His attitude and service definitely added to the positive rating of this review

Food:
We started with a fresh pineapple and orange juice, super refreshing on a hot day. We ordered the vegan beet salad with cashews, which was an artful combination of flavors and a must try for any beet lover. The other salad we tried was the vegan cherry tomato and avocado salad...another winner. Our fish quesadillas were good, but I found them to be a little dry and too salty. A dish I wouldn’t order again, but my dining partner LOVED these. To finish our meal, I really wanted the coconut dessert but they weren’t serving it...we were bummed and settled for the banana option. It was a very beautifully presented and definitely a “light” dessert. Again, it was good...but not something I would order again. I also wanted to order a Chenin Blanc, but they were out of that as well. Juan Carlos did his best to find us another option and let us sample 2 other whites. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere...we will be back, and this time hoping to try their other restaurant “raw love” during the day.
