I can't say enough about me and my family experience at Paradisus. It was truly once in a lifetime. It was me, my wife and our two kids (age 6 and 4) and we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. My only complaint is I wish we could stay longer! I'll try my best to mention everyone and everything that made out trip so magical/special. I think the best thing of many amazing things were the people. I want to make sure to mention the following people Roxana: While I never met her she was immensely helpful with coordinating my trip before we even arrived (dinner reservations, photo shoots, transportation, any questions I had) Miguel: Very nice and helpful at both check in and checkout and a pleasure Eduardo: Our personal concierge throughout the trip. He was was truly , truly amazing. I can't even remember everything he did to make our trip special but I will try: 1) Checked in on us every day to tell us about the events for the day 2) Had a surprise birthday cake/bottle of champagne for my wife on her birthday in the room 3) Had surprise gifts/candy for our kids 4) Make a full treasure hunt in our room for the kids. Alejandro/Salvador/Ricardo: OMG I can't say enough about these three gentleman. The work at the Sunset bar/grill and specifically at the Reserve only pool. They were truly AWESOME. They happened to find out the day of my wife's birthday when we were enjoying our day at the pool and they made it the most special day ever. They arranged a special cabana for us, decorated it with balloons (including a rose balloon), arranged for a special meal and a bottle of champagne. Just overall were very nice and made my wife feel very, very special

Luis at the main Swim up bar: Excellent bartender and very friendly

The food was also amazing. We ate at Mole (Mexican), Capella (Italian), Bana Teppenyaki, and Agua Marina (Seafood). All four of us loved every single meal and I would recommend those 4 restaurants the most. Make sure to do the Teppenyaki for a fun night. We ate at Olio for breakfeast/lunch (only for Reserve) and it was great too. I would like to specially mention Victor and Citlalli at the Bana Teppanyaki and Ignatio at Olio. The food was truly high quality and tasty. The drinks throughout our stay was great

Now the amenities. My favorite pool was the Reserve pool. Some of it was definitely bc of the amazing service mentioned above but I also really like the vibe of the pool with great music etc. My wife felt same way. The main pool we also loved bc of the swim up bar (but no music) and it was next to the pirate ship pool so kids could enjoy that. Finally the Water Park is AMAZING. We all loved that pool. The pictures on the website dont do it justice of how extensive it is

The beach was also beautiful with excellent service by the staff; special mention to Ramona. No complaints of Seaweed by any of us. Beach was well maintained and clean

At night time there were also extremely fun events for all the kids (dance events, games etc).

It was truly a great vacation. Nothing I would change

Regarding room we stayed in the Reserve and I would highly recommend if possible mainly bc of the Reserve pool access. Also having two young kids it was awesome having a swim up
