Only having been open for about one week, I was not expecting perfection. The place itself is very beautiful and is an exact replica of it US counterpart. The service was also good.
The food, the most important part, was lacking. The ribs were very salty, as was the potato. The steamed vegetables looked as if they were cooked two hours previously and so we sent them back. The waiter did not want to give me sour cream for my baked potato and told me I had to upgrade to a loaded potato for an extra $29 pesos. I reminded him that in the USA, Texas Roadhouse serves sour cream with their baked potatoes just like all the other restaurants in this world. He finally relented after asking the manager.
We will go back but probably in a few months once they have their ducks in order.
