We have stayed here before and plan to stay again. The location is close to most everything. It is very clean and has everything you need for a stay on the island. It isn’t fancy. The bed is very very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. The view from our room was amazing.

My only real complaint is that it can be noisy depending on who is staying there. Sound carries well. The other is that there is no direct access to the malecón. Neither are enough to keep us from staying again.

Villa Elena is a lovely, clean, 5 room hotel. Two of the suites are beautiful ocean views, to clarify from a previous review. The two ocean view suites are large, bed was very comfortable & great pillows. There is only a sheet on the bed but we were able to get a blanket when we asked for one. The A/C worked great. We had a couple of meals I cooked in the room, which was convenient.

Jasmine kept our room clean & she was very sweet. Wilbur & Clara are great hosts & communication was on point. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for a wonderful stay at Villa Elena!

These pictures are very deceptive, do not stay here only one room has these sights and view. The rest are small and doors are thin and hear everyone. You get 3 keys, one for front door, one for room, and one for a 5 inch by 5 inch safe. Hot water does not work, air works good but you get one thin sheet. The area it is in is not very pleasant and there is no security or no one on site at night. I was booked for 4 nights, stayed one and had to leave and recieved no refund after several requests for a refund thru the manager and priceline, no refund. I have traveled far and wide and would never stay here again for $100 a night there are much much nicer rooms. This room was worth $30-40 a night.
